Description

Caring for a loved one with a complex medical condition is a superhuman feat. It can be lonely and hard–and Parents & Caregivers need support too!

Join our Tribe: we meet weekly to journal, breathe, learn mini stress reduction exercises–and build community with those who get it.

Pamela has been leading groups for parents and caregivers since 2020. She is a rare mom as well as a writer, with a Master’s in Social Work, and a graduate of Princeton University.

She’s passionate about learning and sharing all the science-based tools for stress reduction which can change your brain and make each day a little easier.

Caregivers who have attended this group have found that it lowers stress, makes them feel less alone and has led to them to feel less isolated.
